Rich has been coaching fastpitch softball for the past decade, working with his daughters and                                                    their teams from T-ball to 18U.  Rich is a native Oregonian, growing up in a baseball and                                                            softball family in Turner, Oregon. Since moving to Lake Oswego in 2016, Rich has also worked                                                  to develop the local softball community, spending his extra time and energy growing LO Girls                                                      Softball Little League and the Lake Oswego Renegades Fastpitch Club.

                                               

                                                Rich spends his days in healthcare running hospital operations. Any extra time is spent with his                                                  wife Kate, his two softballers Madeline and Juliette and Teddy, his four-legged friend. When not                                                  on the softball fields, he’s thinking of when he can be there next.
