Bill has been coaching for several years across all age groups, for multiple sports. From 8U soccer and high school baseball, to little hoopers basketball, college baseball and youth softball, Bill loves teaching kids to play. Bill is a native Oregonian who grew up in Eugene playing sports all the way through high school. After high school Bill went on to play collegiate baseball at Lewis & Clark College in Portland, OR.
Bill's coaching experience on the diamond includes two years coaching in the NW Star Academy Baseball High School & Summer League. He was also an Assistant Coach for four years with the Wilsonville High School baseball team, where the 2010 team was Conference Champions and Oregon 5A State Runner-ups. This Spring Bill is starting his 6th year as an Assistant Coach with the Lewis & Clark Baseball team, and has also been a Youth softball Head Coach or Assistant Coach since 2015.
Bill is a middle school math teacher who resides in Lake Oswego with his beautiful wife Katie, and his two children, Alivia and Logan. When he is not working or coaching, Bill enjoys playing golf, camping, and boating on the lake.
